If you would rather not run a carrier account at all, Vocra can provision numbers for you. Those calls and messages ride Vocra’s carrier, so they come out of the monthly allowance above. When it runs out they stop — unless you switch overage on, in which case the extra is billed at the rates shown, in arrears. Minutes are rounded up per started minute.
Questions
Why is it not priced per minute?
Because per-minute billing is a tax on success — you cannot forecast it, and every extra call feels like a cost rather than a win. Vocra charges a flat platform fee and you connect your own provider accounts, so your call costs are whatever those providers charge, at cost.
What does "bring your own keys" mean?
You add a key from any language model provider you like — Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Kimi or Qwen — a Deepgram key for speech, and optionally ElevenLabs for premium voices and Twilio for phone calls. Vocra stores them encrypted and uses them only to run your calls.
What is a concurrent session?
One live conversation. A Starter plan can run two calls at the same time; a third caller waits. This is the only usage limit, and it exists because each live call holds an open connection on our servers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops you to the Free plan. Your agents and transcripts stay put.
