Refund Policy

Vocra has a free plan precisely so you can evaluate the product before paying. If a paid plan still is not right for you, here is how refunds work.

14-day refund window

If you are unhappy with a new subscription, email support@vocra.cloud within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No justification needed.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before renewal and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we would rather refund it than keep money you did not mean to spend.

Service failures

If a sustained fault on our side prevented you from using the platform, tell us and we will refund the affected period pro rata.

Usage charges

Most of Vocra is a flat monthly fee. The exception is calls, text messages and emails carried by Vocra’s own phone numbers and sending domain, rather than by your own Twilio, SIP trunk or provider keys. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of those, and when it runs out the service stops there unless you have explicitly switched overage on.

If you do switch it on, usage beyond the allowance is billed in arrears at the rates shown on the pricing page. Those charges are not refundable once the usage has happened — we have already paid the carrier for it. Call minutes are rounded up to the next whole minute. You can turn overage off at any time, which caps you at the included allowance again from that moment.

What we cannot refund

Charges from your own providers — Groq, OpenAI, Google, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Twilio — are billed to you directly by them and are outside our control. Vocra can only refund what you paid Vocra.

How to request one

Email support@vocra.cloud from your account address. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Who we are

Vocra is operated by an independent developer, not a registered company. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and the seller for your purchase, and is responsible for issuing refunds.
